Northbrook Senior, an elderly housing development with 40 units located in Berlin, MA is seeking a Live-In Responder to provide emergency on-call coverage between the hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday and 24 hours on the weekends. The ideal candidate will be a responsible person with good interpersonal skills, ability to respond well in emergencies, and who leads a quiet life style. Duties include handling resident lockouts, conducting wellness checks, and responding to building emergencies. The position requires the candidate to be available during traditional non-business hours, including holidays and weekends. Notwithstanding planned vacations, it is expected the Live-in Responder will be no more than 10 minutes from the property to respond to issues. Compensation: A 1 bedroom apartment and all utlities.
