Tai Chi & Qigong I will teach for 1 hour the Chen style from the Chenjiagou village and will be covering Chan Si Gong or Silk Reeling plus Zhuang Zhang postures. Then working on a basic Chen 4 routine to understand the core of Taiji. This will help you to keep your balance and equilibrium so you can focus on moving freely with less effort and more control of the body. For health benefits it covers all major organs and the blood flow to detox the body with the exercises. Stimulates the mind to be more active and build up processing speed from the brain. Helping the joints and ligaments to strengthen the muscles and skin. All this will develop more flexibility and quicker thinking at any age.
