I am having cataract surgery on July 6th and have not been able to scare anyone up to drive me. I live in Bryant and the procedure is in Little Rock so someone in the Bryant/Benton area would be preferable (though not necessary), so I need someone to drive me to the procedure, wait at site while performed and drive me home. This surgery is a very quick procedure, supposedly 10-15 minutes, the prep is responsible for the bulk of the time. The entire time frame should be around 2 hrs, I will pay a minimum of $60 based on $20/hr rate. What this means is that you will receive the $60 for any time under 3 hrs, if by some strange event it runs over 3 hrs you will get an additional $20 for any part of an hour over. I really don't think that's much of a possibility but that way your covered. The one unusual aspect of this, is the surgery center doesn't let you know the exact time of you procedure until a day or 2 in advance, so you would have to have some flexibility regarding time (I'm assuming that it will be sometime in the AM of course).
