I have a boat at a marina in Annapolis, I would like to hire someone that is interested in towing it to Woodbridge. Need this done ASAP. Will pay cash! FYI this boat is in the water, I have no trailer for it so the boat has to be towed in the water, pulled by another boat to Alexandria.
