Some General Labor and Construction experience required. Successful and growing Property Management Company for single family homes and other residential properties is seeking a general laborer who is timely, friendly, reliable, flexible, accountable and hard-working! In exchange for your efforts, you will be paid $18 per hour to start (negotiable based on experience) under contract for 90 days. After 90 days you will receive an immediate salary increase to $25 per hour and beyond! The success of our company is dependent on securing this position with someone who will strive to thrive!
