Weatherization Technician / Construction (Oklahoma City & Surrounding) Titan ES, LLC is currently hiring for our Weatherization Division in the Oklahoma City Area. Come join an exciting, stable company as we are aggressively expanding our Weatherization Team! Established in 2008, Titan ES has continued to grow offering great upward mobility. Experience in construction is helpful, but not required with on-the-job training provided. Our weatherization crews work 4 days per week and guarantees 40 hours per with overtime occasionally offered. PTO accumulation starts on day one with 12 paid holidays! Starting pay is $15/hour or more depending on experience. Our technicians will learn the art of making homes and buildings more energy efficient through retrofit upgrades. You will be trained on the use of a blower door and duct blasting test. Activities include caulking windows, duct sealing, repairing returns, weatherstripping doors, etc. Most projects will be apartment projects in the OKC area with occasional work out of town, if needed. Additionally, there are opportunities for right candidates to be cross trained in our growing Spray Foam Division Requirements: - Must have a Valid Drivers License (CDL not Required) - Reliable Transportation - Pass a Drug Test and Background Check If interested we would love to meet you!
