We have light carpentry projects, landscaping projects, masonry projects, and concrete projects just to name a few trades you should have experience with. You will need to be capable of using all types of power and hand tools and have journeyman-level experience in multiple trades. The position is supervised and directed by a superintendent who will provide instruction when needed and oversee the work in general. Having your own tools is a plus but not required. The person filling this position should not need a lot of hand-holding or guidance. This position is for someone who can take some simple plans and or instructions and execute. There is a lot of work to be done, so a dependable and reliable Jack of All Trades is needed.
