Found Black dog that looks like a mixed Yorkie. Very small. Cannot determine age. Has a chip from 2018. Updated in 2019. I know her name so I can verify the true owner. We can meet at the animal welfare department. I am fostering her so that she is not in the pound. Call or text me. I found her on Wyoming and Central coming from the south running north.
