Thanks for looking! We are a small plastic fabrication company located in Morris, IL 60450 which was started out of a Cicero, IL basement in 2008 and incorporated into a business in 2011. The pandemic took its toll on lots of small businesses in 2020, we've been fortunate enough to scrape by thus far. We have several areas within the company that we could use help in. Which include 1. Daily Shipping Clerk(s) Tasks include: Pull, Pack and Ship daily orders using Shipstation, UPS Break down pallets and stock shelves with product and shipping supplies Prep/Pre-pack inventory for future daily orders or freight shipments during down time. 2. Heat Bending Fabricator(s) Tasks include: Set up strip heater/ line bending equipment and jigs for flat plastic sheet fabrication. Move stacks of plastic to your designated work area when needed Stand for long periods of time in-between breaks. 3. Gluing Fabricator(s) Tasks include: Gluing fabricated parts, flat sheet or a combination of both to create sellable products. Stock fabricated product shelves designated for the items you will create. Breakdown pallets of parts from inbound shipments from suppliers and stock shelves Prep inventory which includes removing injection molded parts from bags and helping with other prep duties when needed. 4. Freight prep/prepack/repack associate(s) Tasks inlcude: Receiving Unloading Trailers Breaking down pallets of boxes, organize boxes, bags and shipping supplies by department Prep for the packing of freight shipments pre-pack and re-pack 5. Product prep/finishing associate(s) Tasks include: Locate stock from shipping prep area and stock shelves Bag manufactured products from heat and gluing fabricators stock shelves after bagging Prep, pre-pack or repack when needed This is just a general idea of the task associated with these positions. We have added some random products and shop photos, some are old & some are new. Just to give you and idea of what we do.
