Are you a skilled tradesman or maintenance technician looking for the freedom to control your schedule without all of the normal headaches that come with finding and scheduling work? Our company works with local residential property managers to handle repairs for their rental properties. If you qualify to work with us, you'd also have access to our industry leading scheduling software that automatically schedules and tracks work orders for you. We’re looking for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician that's a natural problem solver to help us as a 1099/ contract worker with repairs at residential rental properties throughout the Denver metro area (Lakewood, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, Downtown, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Parker, Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield, Longmont). We need help right now with 3-5 projects a week, or roughly 15-20 hours. These are all work order requests and some turns. Volume will increase as summer gets closer. As an independent contractor/ handyman, you would have the flexibility to set your own schedule and be responsible for scheduling directly with tenants via our scheduling software. All invoices are also submitted through our software and paid within two weeks. If you love problem solving and already have your own business doing residential maintenance repairs - this could be an ideal fit. Projects include repairing leaks, replacing light and plumbing fixtures, repairing damaged screens, door and door handles, garbage disposals and completing turns. If you have at least 5 years of residential maintenance experience, are a natural problem-solver, can pass a background check and have your own tools/ reliable transportation, then we'd like to hear from you! Projects pay $37.5/ hr for non-licensed work and 55/ hr for licensed work.
