Black and white shihtzu spotted running down linden street/191 today, Saturday, at around 2:30 PM. Running down sidewalk in front of Alexandria Manor and old Leisures Rental. No collar/tags. By the time I could turn my car around I lost sight of him. He was younger...maybe between 5-7 years old and looked care for (newly groomed). Hope he finds his owner.
