There is truth to the caption. The capitol riot did have leaders. Pelosi, schumer, the mayor of DC, the fib, cia and most of the democrats in congress knew that there was plans being made for a riot at the capitol. Not only did the fbi hide the information from President Trump but encouraged, contributed to it finantially and had informants and fbi personnel involved in the riot. The fbi and it's informants did most of the damage inside the capitol and the capitol police murdered a female who was unarmed and no threat to anyone. To be expected when democrats committ crimes, the murder was justified by the fbi, police and democrats. Pelosi refused to increase the capitol police presence and turned down the offer of a national guard involvement. In the real world, the actions by the democrats and their leaders would be classified as treason. In the USA, under the democrat cartel, it's just business as usual in a third world country.
