Locally owned decorative concrete company looking to hire two new team members. WILL TRAIN the right person! Opportunity for advancement to team lead. We pride ourselves on quality work and are looking for team members who take pride in their craft. Pay range: $14-$20+/hour depending on experience Location: You will need transportation to north San Antonio to meet and travel to job sites Qualifications • Dependable, arrive on time, hard working • Ability to work outdoors in the heat and cold. We do not work in the rain. • Ability to lift heavy material and tools – approx. 50 lbs • Attention to detail • Motivated to complete daily work goals • Willingness to learn and practice the trade Experience in the following a plus: • Decorative concrete coatings • Troweling/Tile • Prior construction or concrete • Team Lead/Foreman experience • Bilingual English/Spanish Work hours – average 30-40+/week dependent on weather. This is a fluid schedule and often requires weekend work when jobs run over. Standard work days start around 6:30-7am in summer and end 3-6pm depending on the job. We strive to maintain standard hours as much as business allows and work to help maintain employee work/life balance. 1 Full Time 1 Part Time, opportunity to move to full time
