You DO NOT need to be a Veteran to be employed. We currently swamped with Porches and decks with some Kitchen and Bath remodels on the calendar. We have more work than can currently handle and are looking quality team members. We are looking for people who want permanency not short term. We do not need anyone who needs their phone constantly, shows up late, NO DRAMA please, does not communicate well, or does not have reliable transportation. Payday is every Friday. Hours are counted from Friday to Thursday. First two weeks are cash, if we are a good fit together then this will be a 1099 job moving forward. We are looking for the following: *General Labor- Set up and tear down jobsite, cleanliness of jobsite, Lift and carry materials. Hard work ethic, Tool Belt needed with a hammer and tape measure. I have all tools you will need for any other task required. MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO ALL JOBSITES. Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge in order to become more valuable to the company. More Valuable = More Money for you! Reply to this email with contact info, name, experience so we can schedule a phone call. * Semi Skilled or Skilled Worker- Ability to read blueprints, frame, trim carpentry, Roof (just frame in, soffit, and deck the roofs- not dry in or shingles), understand concrete measurement and mixing ( yes, I have had issues with guys not understanding how to use a mixer and correct amount of water and heat), Some heavy lifting work will be required as this a construction job. Attention to detail and professional work must for this position. Follow the Foreman's instructions and implement with professionalism. Set example and lead when foreman is not onsite.
