Can anyone build a cheap motorcycle shelther?

Is it possible to build a covering for a motorcycle on the cheap? Like, a PVC tarp tent or something? I have no garage and my motorcycle covers keep being destroyed due to the sun/rain after a few years. I am tired of replacing it. If anyone thinks they are up for a challenge to build a shelter on the cheap, please let me know. My budget is under $ 100, so please keep that in mind.
