ROLE: Sunnco Agricultural Services, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Technician who is reliable, hard-working, and passionate about Agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and is dedicated. This position has room for growth based on performance level and a positive attitude. Individuals who are comfortable with labor-intensive work or have a background in agriculture and manufacturing will do best in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare and maintain fields for planting. - Follow direction and work unsupervised. - Ability to think on your feet while multitasking. - Must have basic math skills. - Able to manage others during critical times during the growth and harvesting cycle. - Assist in harvesting cannabis, plant processing; including trimming, inspecting, weighing, packaging, and labeling product. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Weigh, track and transport harvested crops. - Take instructions and assist on tasks as delegated by management team. - Work in an efficient manner and maintain a culture of professionalism. - Other duties and tasks as assigned. - Operate heavy machinery (tractors, large trucks). - Assemble Irrigation Systems. - Transport machinery and crops across Washington State. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must be 21 years or older. - Previous manufacturing, agricultural or production experience preferred. - Must work on your feet for prolonged periods of time. - Willingness to comply with all COVID-19 safety measures. - Reliability/punctuality. - Ability to operate manual transmission. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs - Available 24/7 (7 days a week) - Must be able to work outside and in high temperatures (100 degrees +) - Positive "can do" attitude. Compensation: DOE QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Previous manufacturing, agricultural or production experience. ADDITIONAL NOTES: - Must be willing to work long hours and at multiple job sites.
