You must be able to do the following: Repair appliances Troubleshoot electric and LP issues Repair walls, subfloors and cabinets Remove and replace carpet, linoleum and wood floors Fix plumbing and/or anything else that may be thrown your way. You must be dependable and reliable: Showing up late for work, or not at all, will not be tolerated. Valid Driver's License or ID is required.
