Rehoming kittens

I’m currently taking care of two kittens. One is a black and white male and the other is a grey tabby female. Both are 8 weeks old and ready for their furever home. The kittens are litter trained, very loving, playful and great with other animals. I would like for them both to go to the same home but I understand this is not always an option. I am asking a rehoming fee of $25 per kitten. Homeowners are preferred, renters are required to submit a notarized letter from their landlord stating that they are allowed to own a pet. I also ask that if whoever takes them finds that they are no longer able to take care of them, that they please return the kitten(s) to me so I will see that they go to a home that will work out.
