Need someone to screw in and reattach metal sheet to wood soffit frame

I need someone to help with screw in and reattach a metal sheet to the wooden soffit frame and caulk to seal the joint. The task itself would probably take 15 - 20 min. But it is on the top of a 2 story building in Chicago Edgewater/ Rogers Park neighborhood and needs a 40 ft ladder to get all the way to the top and complete the job. If you have the necessary skills and experience working on 2-3 story buildings, windows, and roof as well as access to 40 ft ladder and transportation for it, please let me know with a quote and time frame when you could stop by to look at it or get it done. It is not a very urgent, but I would like get it done in sometime next 2-3 weeks. The building in general needs the same type of maintenance work done as well. Can continue with the work on the other jobs in the building if the first one works good.
