Dig and fill dirt/ paint

Hi i have two things needed. I am searching for someone that can dig some dirt, then hammer some fence panels into the ground ( about 4 ft deep)then refill with dirtIf we can hammer the fence panels or would into the ground without digging then that’s fine as well. I will buy the fence panels. The approximate length than about 20 ft. If you have a truck and can bring dirt that would be great. I’ve attached some pictures. Let me know how much you will charge. Second: I need someone to paint. See picture. Send me how much you will charge.
