F/T Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to work at a large 300+ unit apartment community. We offer a generous compensation package in exchange for the 40/hrs a week, which includes a full rent credit of $1450.00 for a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home plus a salary of $2200.00 a month. The following skills and experience are required and/or strongly preferred: -Have at least 3 yrs of solid apartment maintenance experience or equivalent. -Be willing and able to paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover or oversee vendors, if necessary. Oversee and delegate duties to maintenance staff. -Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs. -Change out lighting, plumbing, electrical outlets, and install appliances on turns. -Have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised to meet deadlines and goals when necessary. -Handle any requests on an immediate on-call basis. -Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily. -This position involves a lot of interaction with residents, vendors, and staff.
