Landscape/Construction Company looking to hire highly-motivated individuals for all Construction trades. Laborers, Skilled Tradesmen, Project Foremen, positions in the Murrieta/Temecula/Menifee area. These positions are responsible for performing various unskilled and skilled landscape construction tasks, including digging, carrying materials, irrigation, drainage, landscape, and equipment operation; perform related work as required. Job Duties - Clears and backfills, ditches, and trenches for irrigation and drains - Digs and backfills holes for plants, trees, and shrubs - Performs handwork as necessary using a pick, shovel, rake, or other hand tools - Operates powered equipment (ex: auger, jackhammer, stake pounder) - Performs rough grading using a rake - Carries materials (e.g., sod, rocks, and plants) - Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safety - Performs general clean up at the worksite - Completes basic landscape maintenance activities - Completes tasks - Provides excellent service (Ex: accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, worksite partners, and coworkers Compensation: $15hr and up depending on experience Full-time Position Experience preferred but not required for this position. Requirements: Though not required, possession of a valid California driver's license is desirable. Must be able and willing to do heavy lifting. You must have good work boots and gloves.
