Janitorial/Maintenance/ Handyman for Office Building NEEDED ASAP!!! The Job requires: Ongoing daily cleaning and maintenance of entire building, including three bathrooms. Parking lot maintenance. Cleaning windows, blinds, floors, furniture, etc. Able to do handyman work (use of tools, small repairs, hang frames, put together furniture, move furniture, changing light bulbs, and whatever else is need it. *Responsible, motivated, presentable, with good communication skills. *Must have handyman/maintenance experience *Full time 5 days a week. (Monday to Friday) *Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Job Type: Full time
