Multipurpose Facility/Cleaning Person (Part-Time) We are looking for a Multipurpose Facility Worker to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning tasks, including the restrooms; carry out light maintenance duties. This person will assist in setting up chairs and tables for special occasions. This person will also serve as a watchman on occasions. Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Help setup tables and chairs for special occasions Maintain and clean the facility parking lot Serve as a watchman on limited bases Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Perform minor repairs, plaster, and paint Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements Proven working experience as a cleaner Must have some experience of doing light maintenance work Ability to handle light equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Must be honest and hardworking Must have friendly personality Must be able to deal with people of other cultures and backgrounds.
