Medium size janitorial company seeking qualified applicant for Regional Director of Operations to oversee housekeeping operations in the Carolinas' (North and South) area. Experience is a must. Must be able to use a computer and know MS office software. Experience and a clean criminal check is a must. Utilizing your progressive management and supervisory leadership skills, the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will oversee two area mangers within a geographic location providing training, mentoring, leadership and work flow procedures in performing janitorial cleaning services. The RDO will perform administrative duties including but not limited to hiring, orientation, employee training while interacting, emailing and oral communicating with account customers and office administrative staff and management. Leading by example, this position requires efficient time management skill necessary to navigate through the daily tasks and administrative requirements to successfully guide area managers in directing and completing daily and periodic cleaning tasks with account crew members during specified shift time schedules. The RDO will meet with customers to insure quality standards are adhered to completing weekly site inspections as well as both oral and email communications This position reports to company president or designate and may require overnight travel within the geographic region.
