Full-Time Laborer/Porter - Property Management (New Brunswick, NJ) No Experience Necessary. Construction Site Porter/Laborer needed for demo and cleanups in central New Jersey. The successful candidate should be well organized, reliable and dependable We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work with managers, subcontractors and other staff. Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively via email and smartphone. Fluency in English is required. Candidate will be exposed to constant activity, including but not limited to crouching, bending, pushing/pulling, lifting, moving, standing, carrying, climbing ladders. A clean and neat appearance is a must. Valid Driver's License with your own vehicle to drive to work. All applicants must pass a background check and drug test.
