Description
Very unprofessional. Was supposed to pick up a car for me. Made up an excuse about a road closed. It was a minor detour. One would think if you drive for a living you would figure it out or call someone. Which he didn't. Contact was made at 9am. Then I never heard anything until almost 3pm. And the place closes at 2:30pm.
No phone call. No text. Nothing. Wasted my whole day. He also overcharged for his service. Yet he had other cars in the area to pick up.
