Property Preservation company that cover all of northern NJ looking to hire a hard working individual for part time with the chance for full time work. We pay on the books and weekly. All tools are supplied for the job.
The job pays $125+ a day ( depending on experience) and includes holiday pay after 3 months and a week of vacation/PTO after a year.
Task will incude;
- Getting to shop at 7 AM ( North Arlington by the CVS) Base 10 Hour Day
- Basic landscape work
- Debris removal
- Changing locks
- Securing abandoned buildings
- Painting
- Minor Repairs
No experience necessary.
Must be able to;
- Lift 70 pounds
- Climb a ladder
- Work 6 days/week (days off are understandable and given in most events with 24-48 hour notice)
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Be responsible.
