Found male brindle hound dog with orange collar

Aloha, I just saved this little guy from being hit by multiple cars on the highway.. he’s very scared and I need to go to work. Does anyone know who this sweetie belongs to? He was running on the highway by the Shell station in Kealakekua before Teshima’s restaurant. He’s wearing an orange collar with no tag and he’s all wet… maybe he doesn’t like getting baths? Please call me ASAP so he can come back home! :)
