Hiring Make-Ready Technicians Duties include: Interior and exterior repairs Painting and sheet rock repair Minor plumbing (install toilets, sinks, and replace valves) Fence work Plus, additional tasks to prepare rental properties for the new tenant Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Must be able to work at a fast pace, but at the same time do a good job Must have a valid driver's license Must be drug and alcohol free! Must have own transportation, be dependable Must be able to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, / 35-40 hours per week.
