AUTO TECHNICIAN NEEDED What we are looking for: * An experienced automotive technician with their own tools * Diagnoses and repairs to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. * Adequately explain technical diagnoses, needed service and repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis. * Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. * Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer * Virginia State Inspection license (not required, but a PLUS) * Maintain an organized and neat bay area * A respectable driving record and valid driver's license What we offer: * SIGN ON BONUS * Weekly guarantee * Competitive pay * Paid sick, vacation & holiday's * Climate controlled shop * Paid continuing education
