Evening custodian needed for a private school in Milton. Flexible 15 hours per week (3 hours per evening (anytime after 4pm) Monday to Friday). Works as part of a custodian team of 3 to maintain and clean the building. Duties include: Keep the building and property in clean and orderly condition Attend to maintenance requests Clean classrooms and empty wastebaskets Clean bathrooms and mop floors Sweep and mop all vinyl tile floors Vacuum carpeting and doormats Remove trash to the dumpster Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers Move furniture as required Additional cleaning tasks may be assigned depending on time and the needs of the next school day. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of cleaning experience The successful candidate will need to complete a CORI and fingerprinting background check.
