We are a rapidly growing Seafood Distribution Company located in the Bronx, and we are looking for Experienced or willing to learn a new career as a Fish Filleters / Fishmongers / Seafood packer, for a minimum of 40hrs/week employment (night shifts). This is a night Job. RESPONSIBILITIES: Filleter - Prepare all species of fish (e.g., clean, slice, cut, fillet, butterfly). Packers - pack and understand the requirement pull from the freezer Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Excellent fish and seafood preparation skills Extensive knowledge of seafood or willingness to learn.
