Looking for Chihuahua or other tiny dog breed

My chihuahua was recently diagnosed with cancer and I’m on the search for a sister to keep him company and his hopes up. He’s about 5 lbs and only likes other tiny dogs like himself. Ideally I’d love to get another chihuahua but I’m good with any other super tony breed. Due to his weekly chemo I don’t have $1000 to spend but I’m willing to pay just nothing over $300. If you could even point me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it.
