Join us for a wellness event focused on nourishing morning rituals at The Collective. It all starts off with a restorative yoga class. After that, we'll enjoy a wholesome breakfast and a wellness workshop led by Vanessa Kahen - certified health coach, all while sipping adaptogenic lattes. We'll flow, eat, talk all things rituals, adaptogens, and superfood breakfasts (with a Q+A and journaling session), mingle, and be merry. Maca latte included with each order. about the facilitators Vanessa is a certified health coach who centers her practice around accessible wellness. She promotes eating real food over restrictive diets, finding enjoyable movement, and prioritizing happiness while focusing on health. Cristina Rhoads, a health coach and triathlete, leads simple physical therapy-based flows utilizing her personal experience with stretching and recovery for musculoskeletal health, suitable for everybody and every body. An urban basecamp for the mind, body and soul. A vibrant, members-only community in the heart of South Lake Union that merges dynamic space, active members, neat programs and craveable food + beverage offerings. At The Collective, bouldering, food, drink, art, music, tech-free hammock garden and collaborative zones create a space for comfort and community, positive impact, creative collisions and peak experiences.
