Join Skål Beer Hall for a six course pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! Sound the horns... the Valhalla Dinner Series is back! For this dinner, we welcome our friends from KVLT Meadery & Hierophant Meadery. They join us on Sunday 6/27 for a six course dinner and mead pairing worthy of the gods! We'll be featuring a wide range of meads from KVLT & Hierophant. All six courses will include a 3-5oz mead pour. There will be two sessions at 2p and 6p. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Fried Oysters with Fennel paired with KVLT Aquelarre MeadFrom the Cauldron: Green Thai Curry paired with Hierophant Rose Cardamom MeadFrom the Garden: Summer Melon Salad paired with KVLT Pillars of Mercy MeadFrom the Sea: Lemon Pepper Prawns with Fig Chevre paired with Hierophant Gilead Poplar MeadFrom the Pasture: Juniper Smoked Squab paired with Hierophant Song of the Elders MeadFrom the Baker: Chocolate Black Pepper Cookies paired with KVLT Speedwheel BurningYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the mead makers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
