Friday, July 9 at 7pm at The Yoga Room in the Murray Hill Galleries Building. (please arrive BY 6:45am to find parking and secure your spot) $33 per guest Harness the energy of the New Moon. Set powerful intentions. Activate beauty, abundance and miracles in your life. Come receive beautiful sound vibrations & Reiki while you deeply relax to a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath. Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body and spirit. Using the highest grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, I will guide you on a relaxing journey that will help with stress, tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, grief, physical pain, addiction and more. Location details: We will be at The Yoga Room which is located in the Murray Hill Galleries Building. We will be in room #208 on the second floor. The building has it's own parking lot but I'm not sure if there will be any other events going on, so make sure to allow yourself enough time to find parking if the lot is full. What to bring/wear: Be sure to bring a blanket, yoga mat or towel to lay on, or if you'd prefer to sit you can bring a chair Wear comfortable clothes. We won't be moving around at all so if you get chilly (like during yoga Savasana/Corpse pose) bring a blanket or sweatshirt Feel free to bring a pillow for your head or a bolster/extra blanket for under your knees (it helps relieve lower back strain) If you'd like to block out the light in the room, feel free to bring an eye mask or eye pillow You are welcome to bring your crystals if you'd like to charge them with healing sounds and Reiki
