Small group training for new swimmers or those getting back into swimming
One hour workout focusing on swim technique, efficiency and speed/endurance.
Group 1: Beg/intermediate swimmer who can swim 50 yds/mtrs comfortably and does not have a fear of water. Work on technique, endurance and preparing for open water or sprint triathlon.
Cost: $12 per session
Group 2: New swimmer needing help with breathing technique, understanding balance/coordination in the water. Also non-swimmers who do not have a fear of water and willing to learn swim basics to make their triathlon experience memorable. The pool is 5 feet on the deep end, 86 degrees.
Cost: $35 per person/session for 2 individuals. Discount package for 3+ sessions - $25 per person/session
