Yoga Fusion and Mindful Restore at the historic lighthouse Join us for a summer night to use a yoga fusion class to work toward a finale of mindful practice at the close of class. We will be at this beautiful space at a local, historic lighthouse that overlooks the Charlotte Marina. What a great way to end the day and recharge for the weekend. Rain date will be set, as needed and if you can't attend the rain date, a refund will be provided.
