Need help getting a full mans outfit for court

Hello, I hate to bother people and ask but I do need help for my friend. I have a friend who is in his 50's and he has court coming up on the 25th. He is in jail so he only has the clothes he was brought in with and they would not be appropriate to wear to court. He wants to look respectable so he has asked that I try to get him any simple, clean, respectful looking attire. He wears a size 12 shoes. He is a 32 x 30. Size large in a man's shirt. Since he has nothing he needs a complete outfit and any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going to try the thrift store for whatever he is missing but am very hopeful I won't have to buy the entire outfit. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
