The 6th Annual Sing Me High Music Festival, August 27-28, 2021, celebrates music and faith in the Shenandoah Valley. The event is the perfect close to the summer season, and this year's two-day event features:
Music groups from the Shenandoah Valley and/or faith backgrounds;Old-fashioned hymn singing;Children’s activities;Great food and ice cream;Guitar raffle, from local luthier Showalter Guitars;Slip 'n slide;and a pie auction .This year the festival consists of two evening programs: Friday, August 27 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, August 28 from 4 PM to 9:00 PM. Sing Me High Music Festival is jointly hosted by the Brethren-Mennonite Heritage Center and the Walking Roots Band. The festival is a family-friendly, alcohol-free event. Please make yourselves at home! Bring a blanket, your favorite camp chairs, or a sofa on wheels.

The Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center seeks to share and celebrate the story reflected in the lives of the Brethren and Mennonites in the Shenandoah Valley. The Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center is a 24-acre farmstead located on the western edge of Harrisonburg, VA. Guests enjoy a picturesque view the Shenandoah Valley, including Harrisonburg city, the Massanutten mountain range, and the Blue Ridge Mountains beyond.
