Drastic Steps is a Syracuse based soundscaper who practices the art of playing a fragmented story by juxtaposing and layering pre-recorded sounds in such a way that the composite transforms the parts into an altered totality of musical experience. For Drastic Steps mixing is also a way to listen creatively and actively while pay homage to the artists and their work that the mixes rely on. All mixes are strictly vinyl.
