SPRO - Cafe Soft Launch Party SPRO (slang for espresso) is a commonly used term among baristas in specialty coffee. The same techniques used to dial in the perfect shot of spro can be applied to culinary food science allowing us to craft specialty coffee, creative mocktails, house made pastries and artisanal goods. After four years of crafting out of our tiny "proof of concept" space (aka SPRO Coffee Lab), countless challenges and growing pains, words cannot begin to describe how thankful we are to our specialty coffee community for helping us grow as baristas and culinary artists. We are excited to open the doors of our our first brick & mortar cafe in Mission Dolores and look forward to creating an amazing experience and space for the community.
