General Labor - Skilled Industrial Worker: Los Angeles area SKILLED WORKER – Contract position (Santa Clarita / Culver City) Hiring a skilled industrial worker to add to our demolition team, 6-week project ***Please ONLY apply if you meet our SKILL & BACKGROUND requirement*** Requirements + Background • Industrial experience - 3 years preferred • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Cannot be afraid of heights, (+- 15 ft Max). • Ability to operate some heavy equipment (forklift, trailer maneuvering) • Must be healthy, fit and able to work in warm weather, outdoors with PPE. • Effective communication skills • Must have a valid driver license, dependable vehicle and cell phone • Spanish bilingual a plus • No felonies or DUI’s. (Required by clients and company). Job scope • Disassembly of large power transformers & load out of all processed parts. • Project is 6-weeks long. 50+ hours per week. Monday – Friday. Responsibilities • Work safely and productively as a team member. • Reliable transportation Salary / Advancement:​$18.00/ hr. DOE. • Bonus program – will be paid up to 20% bonus on base salary rate; based on performance. COVID-19 Safety protocols are mandatory and in effect. Candidate has opportunity to work on more projects, nationwide, if ability and skill match our requirements. Great opportunity for advancement, position can lead to Foreman position.
