Come have fun at our 1st annual silent auction/fair/open house! Enjoy games, face painting, and other events. Bid on our awesome auction items. Have fun and make a donation to help support gamers in Corydon Indiana. During the silent auction, attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of items. You will browse the items and place your name, telephone number, and the amount of your bid on the sheets provided for each item. People have the opportunity to outbid you and you may place more than one bid, so keep an eye on the item or items you really want and increase your bid as often as necessary. Forty-five minutes before the event is to close, the sheets will be gathered and the winning bids will be announced. Winners can come to the cashier's table at that time to pay for their winning bid or bids and will receive a receipt that will enable them to go pick up their item or items. If you are not present and your name is called, the item will be held and you will be called the following day with the good news. All winning bids must be paid for with forty-eight hours of the auction or the next winner will be contacted until all auction items have been claimed. There will be no exceptions. Remember, this auction is to raise money to help our organization to meet its goals as are the other events of the evening, so have fun with it and enjoy!
