Handyman needed

We are looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a good handyman who can handle a variety of projects - from electric stuff like changing fixtures, to plumbing like attaching a dishwasher, changing a countertop, etc., and carpentry. The first project would be to change 2 light fixtures, replace several old-style closet doorknobs (will need to work on the frame, too; not just replace the doorknob itself), and adjust several old wood windows that are not opening. We will pay $22 an hour for the right person. Please do not contact us if you want to come for a free estimate and quote us a "price per project". We will only pay $22 per hour as this is our budget. Thanks for understanding. Local people only please - we are in Medford on the Somerville line, so ideally no more than 30 minutes drive from us.
