Candidates must have the desire and ability to address resident's customer service needs through clear and caring communication. Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented. Capable of walking/climbing stairs, moving appliances, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, working outside etc. Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members. Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, painting etc. Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds Perform routine maintenance punch on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting Appliance repair a plus HVAC certification a plus Apartment maintenance experience ideal Have your own basic tools Reliable Transportation Background check and drug test required.
