Jewish yoga for the month of Elul led by Deb and Rebecca
Join Rebecca and Deb for a special workshop on the beach at Lake Michigan to prepare for the High Holiday season. The embodied practice will focus on feeling forgiveness through our bodies: forgiveness of self and forgiveness of others. The practice will integrate Jewish wisdom, mindfulness, and personal reflection. Open to all levels.
