VI. Essential Functions
Fertilizing turf and plants. Spraying weeds in turf and landscape areas control pests on turf and landscape area
VII. Job Tasks (Duties)
1. Perform all safety inspections on spraying equipment
2. Calibrates all spraying equipment
3. Fertilizes all turf areas on golf course and common areas
4. Sprays all weeds on golf course and common areas
5. Maintains all MSDS sheets
6. Maintains all spraying records
7. Maintains inventory sheet of all chemicals and fertilizers
8. Able to read and interpret labels
9. Maintains chemicals room sand mix/load areas in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
10. Works with other staff when necessary, for large fertilizer or chemical applications
11. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
VIII. Qualifications
1. Must have or obtain within 6 months a Florida pesticide application license
IX. Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely exposed to outside elements.
