Bilingual in English and Spanish also very important, English is required in Spanish is preferred. Basic computer and phone skills for filling reports and timesheets. If you have an eye for design, and of selling, that is a huge bonus! Profit-sharing is available, you can expect to see $10,000-$15,000 at the end of the year in year one.
